Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the SupaChrome website, Academy and CRM Trial service.
Operator
SupaChrome is currently an unregistered business name operated by Suparno Pal from Dankuni, West Bengal, India.
Trial service
Trial orgs are provided for evaluation and practice for 30 days. They may include synthetic sample data and may expire, become inaccessible or be deleted after the Trial period. Growth and Business are displayed for product planning but are not presently available to order.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect passwords and BU PINs, and restrict accounts to authorized users. Temporary passwords expire after 48 hours and must be replaced at first access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, probe or bypass security, access another BU, upload malicious material, send spam, infringe rights, or disrupt the platform. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data you submit.
Availability and changes
Trial features may change as the product is tested. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage or suitability for a particular purpose during the Trial.
Ownership
SupaChrome and its original software, design and branding remain the operator’s property. You retain rights to business data you lawfully submit and grant only the permission needed to operate the service.
Termination and liability
Access may be suspended for expiry, security risk or breach of these terms. To the extent allowed by law, Trial use is at your risk and liability is limited to direct loss that cannot lawfully be excluded.
