This policy explains how SupaChrome handles information across its public website, Academy and customer CRM environments.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, authentication and security records, support messages, product usage, and business data submitted to a customer BU. Academy profiles also store learning progress, quiz results, points and ranks.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, provision Trial orgs, deliver support, send essential account messages, operate Academy progress, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.
Customer data and tenant isolation
Each BU controls the business records it submits. SupaChrome separates BU data and restricts the platform administrator from opening customer CRM records through the administration portal.
Service providers
Infrastructure, email, identity and analytics providers may process limited information only to deliver their contracted function. Provider access is subject to their terms and our configuration.
Retention and security
Information is retained only while reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed credentials, session expiry and audit records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by contacting contact@supachrome.com.
